This rental is part of a very large villa and consists of 2 apartments, one above the other (looking at the property from the rear, we are describing the left side). They all share the outdoor spaces, namely the pool and the large park, embellished with beautiful lawns, paths among the laurels and other shrubs of the Mediterranean maquis, and numerous fruit trees. The splendid sea view will accompany your breakfast on the terrace. Indeed each apartment has its own covered terrace equipped for outdoor meals. At your disposal, the fantastic pool overlooking the sea. L-shaped and with an overflowing side, it includes a small pool for children and a diving area with springboard. The pool area is completed by a pergola with retractable roof, tables, chairs, as well as several deckchairs. In the property lives a couple of discreet caretakers, who are responsible for ensuring perfect water quality in the pool and the maintenance of the gardens. The villa is equipped with a large photovoltaic system on the roof. Overall, this rental can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.
