We are pleased to describe a magnificent villa to you. Entering through the gate and following the drive way up to the house we have to the left and right lawn, plants, flowers and evening lighting, the building, wisely designed, appears discreet and perfectly integrated into the surrounding estate (garden of 10,000 square meters). The villa develops on 3 floors. Crossing the front door, however, like a bud that, opening up, releases its colourful beauty, we are enchanted by the fluidity of the shapes, the brightness of the rooms and the precious decorations. A very large living room, overlooking the rear pool area is perfectly furnished: lounge with crystal table and chairs, large TV, paintings, fine furniture and a remarkable statue. The latter is a reinterpretation of the child who defeated the giant, faith and courage, which triumph over brutal violence, David against Goliath, represented here in sheathing the sword, after having beheaded the opponent, rather than with the biblical sling. From the living room 3 entrances lead respectively to: kitchen and dining room, corridor sleeping area on the ground floor (4 of the 6 total bedrooms), staircase to the wonderful tavern. The eat-in kitchen is divided into two rooms, the cooking area (complete with electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and more) which, through two opposite openings, joins the dining room, equipped with a table with a granite base and chairs. The sleeping area on the ground floor consists of 3 excellent double beds (in the photo some beds are single, but will be replaced) and one bedroom with 2 single beds. All rooms have their own dedicated bathroom (one bathroom has a comfortable hydromassage tub, surmounted by a mosaic with the head of the Medusa Gorgon, the other 3 have a glass shower and toilet). Some bedrooms overlook the garden and the pool, others the surrounding estate. In one of the bedrooms, it is also possible to place a single and / or a cot. In front of the main entrance, a delicate fresco highlights the access staircase to the tavern. Following it downwards we will find a large environment, which winds between arches and openings, identifying various areas. On the left: relaxation area with armchairs, sitting area with fireplace and large TV, dining area with large table and second kitchen equipped with everything you need (oven, fridge with freezer, dishes, cutlery, etc.). On the right: billiard area equipped with the necessary for fun games, game area, in which a brilliant 4-seater table has a wooden chessboard on one side, and green cloth for cards on the other (the support base is foldable). Also in the basement we have the fifth bedroom, very large, with a double bed and a single bed, the laundry room (equipped with washing machine, dryer and sink) and a bathroom with tub and toilet. An external staircase makes the attic completely independent, whose terrace visually dominates the surrounding countryside. The apartment has a living room with double sofa bed and pool view, a part with an equipped kitchen, a beautiful double bedroom and a complete bathroom. Both from the bedroom and from the kitchen, you enter the large terrace, with a view that is lost on the horizon. At the rear, the garden is organised to enjoy the outdoor spaces very well. A large swimming pool, develops sinuous, with harmonious, rounded shapes. It has a mosaic floor and has a variable depth, from 1.4 m near the access staircase, to about 2m near the wind rose (in the floor of the pool). The expansive stretch of water is accompanied by 8 sun loungers, a gazebo with a relaxation bed (similar to the double rooms of the seaside resorts) and a very useful construction. The latter is designed to fully enjoy the external comforts, in fact it has a large living room with symmetrical open arches, where a table with chairs, a sitting room, a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen are positioned. Next to the living room we have a useful bathroom with shower, a dressing room and a Swedish sauna (a real panacea for your psycho-physical well-being). In this house, nothing is missing. For sports friends, there is a soccer field with evening lighting, for passionate matches between friends, before a relaxing dip in the beautiful swimming pool. In conclusion, the exceptional residence features: 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 4 living rooms (one of which next to the pool area), 4 kitchens, large pool, soccer field, Swedish sauna and a myriad of internal and external comfort elements to offer you a unique stay, to remember with a pleasant smile.
