Palmento La Rosa is an old country property with private pool situated on the slopes of Mount Etna, between the characteristic villages of Pedara and Trecastagni.
Surrounded by a lovely garden, the villa boasts large, well equipped terraces and a beautiful overflow, saltwater pool offering enchanting views over the countryside and the sea.
Accurately and lovingly restored by the owner, the dwelling preserves its original character and charm. Palmento La Rosa retains its architectural features, such as the original ceiling beams, lava stones and terracotta floor tiles.
